One system that books the clients
A one-person massage clinic in Odder, on a WordPress site with a booking plugin bolted on. We rebuilt it from scratch with a booking system of its own, so clients book themselves and Engin can stay with the person on the table.
The situation
Fysiurgisk Zone is Engin Caglak's clinic in Odder: fysiurgisk massage, sports massage and zone therapy. One practitioner, no receptionist. Every booking that doesn't happen online is a phone call taken between two treatments. The old site ran on WordPress with a page builder, a speed plugin and a booking calendar plugin dropped into the page, which looked and sounded nothing like the rest of the site. Most of the pages had no description written for Google.
What we did
We rebuilt the site from scratch on a modern, fast setup and kept every address Google already knew working, so the clinic didn't lose its place in search. Then we built the booking ourselves instead of reaching for another plugin: three screens on a phone, in the clinic's own look and Engin's own words. Behind it sits a simple admin where Engin sets his hours, blocks off holidays and changes his prices without calling anyone. We also turned the questions clients ask him into a proper FAQ, 91 answers, written so nothing promises more than a massage can deliver.
Where it landed
Clients pick a treatment, a length and a time, and get a confirmation by email with a link to move or cancel it themselves. Engin gets every booking by email too. Google gets the clinic's address, hours, prices and reviews in a form it understands, and AI tools get a plain-text guide to the clinic. And the site sets no marketing cookies at all: Engin's visitor numbers come from his own server, without tracking anyone.

The custom part
Booking that sounds like Engin.
Most small clinics book through a widget from a booking company: their look, their wording, and often a monthly fee. We built Engin's from scratch instead. It speaks in his voice, asks one thing per screen, and keeps the price in view the whole way. If someone else takes the time while a client is typing, it says so and sends them back to the time picker rather than starting over. Payment stays in the clinic, so there's no card form to put anyone off.
